FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things telecom teams ask us most. Anything else, just ask.

What is Dialtone360?

A voice estate platform for telecom engineers and MSPs. It keeps your sites, phone services, numbers and extensions together with every announcement callers hear, in every language you serve, ready to download in the format your PBX plays.

Which phone systems does it work with?

Dialtone360 is vendor-neutral. Downloads are converted for Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NetSapiens, Five9, Webex, 8x8 and RingCentral, plus a universal 8 kHz WAV. You load the files on your platform as you do today; Dialtone360 does not need access to your PBX.

How do translations work?

Each announcement has one master script. Dialtone360 drafts the other languages from it with AI, and every draft waits for a person to review it before it can be recorded. If the master script changes, the other languages are flagged as out of date.

Which languages are supported?

18 languages, including English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, German, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Indonesian and Tagalog, with regional variants for English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

Can I keep my existing recordings?

Yes. Import WAV or MP3 files one at a time or as a ZIP. Each one is transcribed so it becomes searchable text. Keep the original audio, or re-record it in a consistent voice; earlier versions stay in the history.

What does IVR discovery do?

It calls a number you are authorized to test, records each prompt it hears, transcribes it and detects the menu options, then follows them to the depth and call budget you set. The result is a call tree with every prompt transcribed. Options that reach a person or an emergency line are not pressed.

How does the free trial work?

7 days, card required, company email. The trial includes 3 recordings so you can hear the voice quality; downloads unlock once the plan is paid. It converts automatically when it ends unless you cancel. One trial per company.

We need a longer evaluation. Is there a pilot?

Yes. Enterprise pilots are arranged through sales for larger teams that need more time or more recordings to evaluate. Use the Talk to sales form and tell us about your estate.

Do you work with MSPs and resellers?

Yes. MSPs join the partner program themselves: $499 a month includes 3 client workspaces, then $79 a month for each additional one, and wholesale recording packs are 25% off. Each client runs in its own workspace and you manage their recording credits from your partner pool. Talk to us about custom reseller deals.

Who can change what?

Access is role-based. Admins change the estate and announcements and manage members; viewers have read-only access with export. Every change is written to an audit trail.
