Where the time goes today.

01

Every client is a folder of WAVs

Prompts arrive by email, in shared drives and in old PBX backups, with no record of what plays where.

02

Change requests eat engineer time

Updating one message can mean a studio booking, a file conversion and a manual upload per platform.

03

Onboarding starts from zero

A new client means discovering their call flows by dialling around and writing notes.

With Dialtone360

What changes.

A workspace per client

Each client’s sites, numbers and recordings live in their own organization, with their own members and roles.

Onboard in an afternoon

Bulk import a client’s ZIP, matched by folder and file name, or run IVR discovery against their live numbers.

Partner pricing, self-serve

$499 a month includes 3 client workspaces, then $79 per additional workspace. Wholesale recording packs are 25% off, and you allocate credits to each client.

Any platform they’re on

Download for Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NetSapiens, Five9, Webex and more from the same announcement.

IVR discovery

Call a live number. Get its menu tree back, transcribed.

Discovery dials a number you are authorized to test, records every prompt it reaches, transcribes it and detects the menu options, then walks the tree to the depth and call budget you set.

  • Each node classified: menu, message, queue or transfer, voicemail
  • Options that reach a person or an emergency line are never pressed
  • Turn any discovered prompt into an announcement in one step
How discovery works
IVR discovery result showing a call tree with greeting, sales, order status and billing branches and the greeting transcript
Bulk import & templates

Bring a whole estate over in one upload.

Drop a ZIP of existing prompts. Folder and file names are read for site, service, slot and language, every file is transcribed, and nothing is created until a person has checked the match. Sites, numbers and extensions load from a workbook with a dry-run check.

  • Matches by site code, city, DID, slot and language in the file name
  • Languages of the same announcement grouped automatically
  • Reuse one announcement as a template across many sites

Security & control

A person approves what callers hear.

Organization isolation

Every workspace is its own organization. Each record carries its organization, and every query is scoped to it.

Role-based access

Admins manage the workspace and its members. Viewers get read-only access with export, for audits and handovers.

Audit trail

Each change to sites, numbers, services and announcements records who made it and when.

Human review first

Transcripts and AI translations stay drafts until a person approves them. Nothing is recorded from unreviewed text.

Encrypted in transit

The app, API and file downloads are served over HTTPS only.

Version history

Every recording an announcement has had is kept, with the text and voice behind it.

Put every announcement in order.
