Organization isolation
- Each customer workspace is a separate organization.
- Every record (sites, numbers, services, announcements, recordings) carries its organization.
- Data access is scoped to the signed-in organization, and an automated check fails the build if a new table or query skips that scoping.
Access and roles
- Sign-in and organization membership are handled by a dedicated identity provider.
- Admins manage the workspace and invite or remove members.
- Viewers have read-only access with export, for audits and handovers.
Audit trail and history
- Changes to the estate and announcements write an audit entry with who made them and when.
- Every recording an announcement has had is kept in its version history.
- Recent changes are visible on the overview.
Human review
- Transcripts of imported recordings are drafts until a person confirms them.
- AI translations wait for a person to approve them before they can be recorded.
- IVR discovery needs a confirmation that you are authorized to call the number, and never presses options that reach a person or an emergency line.
Voice cloning consent
- A custom voice is created only from recordings you provide.
- Each clone requires a signed consent attestation from the speaker.
In transit
- The application and file downloads are served over HTTPS.
- Download links for audio are short-lived.
